Good to know that the editor of the blog likes the the recommended plug-in for the children literacy website. That was one of the volunteer works i happened to go for. I found the following site that let’s you plug in a URL to see how a page renders in IE.
http://www.ipinfo.info/netrenderer/
It doesn’t let you do functionality testing, of course, but could be a good tool for quick and easy viewing of an IE specific rendering issue.
